Settlement Conferences

We are experienced in handling various types of settlement conferences for our clients. These include voluntary mediations during the course of litigation, mandatory pre-trial settlement conferences, administrative conciliations, and various other types of alternative dispute resolution proceedings.  

Our firm can act both on your behalf as our client in these proceedings, as well as be retained to act as a Mediator in settlement conferences.
