For years, our legal experience was built on representing businesses and insurance companies. In doing so, we gained invaluable insights into what motivates Defendants to settle and litigate claims. We learned how claims are evaluated and resolved by insurance companies and large businesses. We became intimately familiar with the "inner workings" of litigation from the Defendant's perspective.

Our decades of legal work also gives you, as our client, the benefit of our extensive complex civil litigation experience, both in federal and state courts, as well as in front of various administrative bureaus, including the EEOC and Montana Human Rights Bureau. We are skilled at settlement negotiations, and we understand how to prepare a case for trial. And, when the time comes, we understand how to "tell your story" to a Judge or Jury.
